Commercial Kitchen 305 offers professional foodies an exceptional location and accessibility to our facility in Upper Eastside Miami. Dry, cooling, and freezer storage options are offered to our long term committed members. Our facility also offers the ideal ambiance for food testing and for media production for cooking shows and videos. We are proud to be the first to introduce the concept of shared kitchen facilities in South Florida, and are South Florida’s exclusive Kitchen Incubator.
We are here when you need us—365 days of the year. Commercial Kitchen 305 is a one-stop shop with 24/7 controlled and secure access. As South Florida’s premiere sharing space, the Kitchen is open daily for Chefs, Bakers, Caterers, Food Truck owners and Food vendors of every kind, including food processors and artisan food makers starting new culinary ventures. As a Kitchen Incubator, you will find the equipment you need to bring your product to market, including (at minimum) 12 burners, 3 ovens, 3 conventional ovens, flat griddle, charbroiler, mixers, food processors plus lots of working area, refrigeration, freezing and dry storage. Everything is under air conditioning and you can expect an overall friendly and engaging ambiance.
