  • Must be a member to qualify for discounted packages
  • All packages must be renewed upon usage or expiration
  • Farmer’s Market/Startups package subject to up to 2 equipment only
  • All prices based on 1(one) section of up to 4 equipment, 4 working tables & 4 person working.
  • 5 – 6 equipment &/or 2 more working tables ——— + 50% of price (Example: 1 stove; 1 oven; 1 fryer; 1 grill.)
  • 7 – 8 equipment &/or 4 more working tables ——— +100% of price (Example: 2 ovens, 1 stove, 1 fryer, 1 flat griddle, 1 chart griddle, 1 tilt braise)

  • Freezer Storage
  • Overnight storage
  • Cleaning/Dishwashing Labor

  • Hours are charged only to preparation, working, and cleaning time.
